Generator Salesperson
Location: Charleston, SC
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $23 per hour plus commissions
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Generator Salesperson to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving generator sales by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the generator industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for generator products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, matching their needs with appropriate generator solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

- Proven track record of success in generator sales, with a deep understanding of the sales process and techniques.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
- Knowledge of generator products, applications, and market trends.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the generator, electrical, or related technical industries.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
