Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $7 per hour with a performance review scheduled after 90 days of employment. We believe in rewarding exceptional talents.
Position Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the executive office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing their schedule, and coordinating various tasks to enhance productivity. Your ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and proactively handle administrative duties will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the CEO’s office.
Objectives:
- Manage and organize the CEO’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications to the CEO.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively handle tasks to ensure optimal time management.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
- Familiarity with scheduling software; experience with additional productivity tools is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proactive problem solver and resourceful thinker.
Equipment Requirements:
- Must own a reliable computer or laptop capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.
- Must own and actively use an iPhone and/or MacBook or Mac computer for efficient communication and task management.
- High-speed internet connection to support video calls, cloud-based collaboration, and remote work.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
