Systems Coordinator

Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $8 per hour with a performance review scheduled after 90 days of employment. We believe in rewarding exceptional talents. 

Position Overview:
 
The Systems Coordinator is responsible for creating, managing, and troubleshooting automation workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL) to support efficient operations across the company. This role requires at least one year of hands-on experience in GHL or a similar automation platform, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition to system automation, this person will assist the Admin Operations Team with various ad hoc tasks and continuously seek opportunities to optimize workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance team productivity. 
 
Objectives:
 
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automation workflows in GoHighLevel to support streamlined operations. 
  • Monitor performance of active automations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and timely resolution of system issues. 
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to understand workflow needs and translate them into effective and efficient automations, while coordinating with Admin Operations and other departments as needed. 
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and proactively recommend workflow improvements. 
  • Assist the Admin Operations Team with various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Admin Operations Help Tickets with a customer-service–focused approach. 
  • Manage and update pipelines, triggers, automations, forms, and integrations as needed. Ensure all GHL data, workflows, and configurations are maintained accurately and consistently. 

 

Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of automation logic, workflows, and pipeline management. 
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate configuration and troubleshooting of automation sequences. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify system gaps and propose solutions. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Proficiency in GoHighLevel or similar automation platforms (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, etc.). 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement. 
  • Customer service orientation when supporting internal stakeholders. 

Equipment Requirements:

  • Must own a reliable computer or laptop capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently. 
  • High-speed internet connection to support video calls, cloud-based collaboration, and remote work. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
